Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, creator-services (or other creator-driven industries), creator commerce industries or a related role.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Project management experience; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in the influencer marketing industry, with expertise in agency dynamics and the creator landscape, including YouTube or short-form video.
  • Experience in negotiating agreements and effective execution of agreements.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that drive outcomes for external partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills; ability to influence internal and external executives and align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan and implement projects and initiatives to grow the value of brand agreements for creators on YouTube, including structured educational and training programs for influencer marketing agencies to maximize the value of YouTube.
  • Negotiate agreements and cultivate strategic partnerships with key leaders within influencer marketing agencies and SaaS platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on partner performance.
  • Produce analyses and recommendations to optimize performance as part of regular review cycle with managed partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams from YouTube and the Global Business Organization, across Product, Go-To-Market, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Legal and Operations to bring the right solutions to key partners.
