  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the "On Platform" expansion strategy, managing complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of multi-quarter initiatives.
  • Synthesize complex data and market insights into clear recommendations for GCS leadership, facilitating high-stakes decisions on platform investment and regional growth.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to align technical capabilities with commercial objectives and "On Platform" requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular status updates to leadership to ensure program health and accountability.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to drive internal adoption of new platform features and strategic shifts across global sales teams.
