We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician for one of our valued manufacturing clients in Phoenix, Arizona.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled maintenance professional with a strong electrical background who enjoys troubleshooting complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical and mechanical components on industrial manufacturing equipment. This position requires advanced electrical knowledge, PLC troubleshooting experience, hydraulic repair skills, and the ability to minimize equipment downtime while supporting production operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical issues on systems ranging from 24V to 480V .
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Repair and rebuild hydraulic systems and components.
  • Install, replace, and repair motors, drives, sensors, relays, switches, contactors, and electrical components.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule every five weeks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance or industrial electrical experience.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting 24V-480V electrical systems .
  • Experience working with:
    • ABB
    • Rockwell Automation
    • Allen-Bradley PLC systems
  • Hydraulic rebuild and repair experience required.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must provide basic hand tools.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday

Compensation
  • $33.00-$43.00 per hour , depending on experience
  • Weekly pay
