About the Role:
  • Monitor Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD)supplier relationship on his/her perimeter in line with QCD Target set by Non Production Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group.
  • Proposes and implements productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organization.
  • Maintain his/her supplier panel and ensure Supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate.
  • Performs RFQ, Consolidation, Negotiation and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by NPP Organization within e-procurement system.
  • Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the NPP Network (SSC Manager, Segment Leader...)
  • Support and enforce dematerialization process
  • Develop and Support usage of online catalogs where appropriate.
