Job description

Paradise Indian Cuisine is expanding to Downtown Cleveland and is seeking Line Cooks to support our kitchen team. You’ll prepare authentic Indian dishes in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
Position Type:

Full-Time & Part-Time

Day and evening shifts available

Weekends and holidays required
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards

• Assist with prep, portioning, and plating

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

• Support high-volume service

• Assist with inventory and prep organization

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

• Knowledge of food safety practices

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
