Hourly Rate $16.27 plus Tip share

Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Restaurant Server include:
  • Warm Welcome & Prompt Seating: Greet customers upon arrival, ensure prompt seating, and take food and beverage orders efficiently. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, catering to special requests or requirements.
  • Menu Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to confidently address customer inquiries and offer informed recommendations.
  • Accurate Payment Processing: Handle payments accurately, ensuring the correct processing of guest checks and payment methods to safeguard both the customer and the business from transaction errors.
  • Team Participation: Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay informed about products, services, and facility activities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Restocking & Cleaning Duties: Perform all restocking and cleaning tasks as directed, including both opening and closing duties, to maintain a clean and organized environment.

What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Restaurant Server:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
