• Engage in regular communication with medical practitioners to share essential updates regarding patient progress, concerns, and any developing issues.
• Accurately maintain clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with department protocols, enhancing the quality of care provided.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge strategies based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling for patients, effectively addressing their emotional and behavioral issues through evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Consult and coordinate with client's families and support systems to ensure a holistic approach to treatment that engages their network and fostering stronger support mechanisms.

Our practice serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will work with adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting, providing tailored therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficient in utilizing office software such as Microsoft Office, as well as electronic medical record systems, to enhance documentation and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining a self-directed and independent work ethic.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or substance abuse counseling will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools is also preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
