Job description

Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking dedicated and qualified Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team as independent providers. As a key member of our growing network, you will have the opportunity to provide essential mental health services to clients within a fully remote setting. Your expertise will contribute directly to the positive outcomes for individuals seeking support through our innovative online platform.

About the Organization

Gotham Enterprises Ltd operates the largest online mental health platform in the world, connecting therapists with clients in need of mental health support. Each day, we welcome over 10,000 new clients onto our platform, demonstrating the demand for high-quality mental healthcare. Our mission is to enhance the accessibility of mental health services and promote wellness in a supportive, community-oriented environment.

Work Environment

This position is designed to provide flexible and accessible work arrangements. All work is conducted remotely, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering care to patients. The work facility is categorized as an outpatient office, but our virtual platform means that your office is wherever you choose to set up your practice at home. Expect minimal paperwork, which allows you to focus primarily on client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients through phone calls, video chats, or messaging via our secure app, providing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct sessions lasting either 30 or 45 minutes, focused on managing stable clients with low acuity mental health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with best practices and ethical standards.
  • Utilize the platform's matching system to connect with clients that align with your preferred demographic specialties, such as ADHD, OCD, grief, and relationship issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care and referrals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals seeking help for low acuity conditions. All patients are pre-screened for stability, ensuring that you can focus on effective treatment without the stress of managing crisis situations. This allows for a more structured and therapeutic environment, which is conducive to implementing various evidence-based counseling techniques effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A valid, independent license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Arizona, with no disciplinary actions.
  • Working equipment including a PC or laptop (tablets are not permitted) and reliable internet access to ensure seamless communication with clients.
Preferred Experience

While experience is not strictly required, candidates with a background in remote counseling or teletherapy are preferred. Familiarity with client management systems and experience in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on hours worked (30-40 hours per week). Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • A substantial signing bonus to support your transition into our community.
  • Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists to help cover eligible medical expenses.
  • Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, allowing you to choose your hours of operation.
  • Weekly direct deposit for timely access to your earnings.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we believe in fostering professional development. You will have access to ongoing training and development resources designed to enhance your clinical skills and expand your knowledge of remote therapy best practices. Opportunities for advanced certifications and specializations are available to help you further hone your expertise and advance your career.

Why Join Our Team

If you are passionate about making a difference in the mental health field, Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a rewarding and fulfilling environment to do so. You will be part of a supportive community that understands the importance of mental wellness and values the contributions of its team members. By joining our platform, you will play a vital role in providing accessible mental health care to individuals across Arizona and beyond.

Application Information

If you are ready to take the next step in your career and become an integral part of our mission to transform mental health care accessibility, we invite you to apply today. Your expertise can help shape the future of mental health services and create lasting impacts in the lives of many. We look forward to hearing from you!
