At Berkshire eSupply, the role of a Warehouse Team Member involves managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for pulling products for orders, moving inventory to designated areas for delivery or shipping, and loading and securing products for transport. Additionally, you'll be tasked with organizing and stocking inventory in specific areas of the warehouse. It's critical that you maintain a clean and safe environment at all times, following all relevant safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a hard-working, reliable team player who can follow instructions and work effectively alongside others. The most successful Warehouse Team Members are eager to learn and take on new challenges, and they're willing to take ownership of their work while sharing their knowledge with others to help create a more productive work environment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Superior team member where going above and beyond is the norm
  • Prepping workstation each day (e.g. starting up computers/scanners for orders and transfers)
  • Pulling orders in a timely manner
  • Customer service focused mindset
  • Accurately checking in UPS/FedEx and other packages and receiving items into the system
  • Accurately putting inventory away on a daily basis
  • Cycle counting
  • Packing and boxing up UPS/FedEx and other shipments by the end of the day
  • Loading and unloading pallets from delivery vehicles and or truck shipments with forklift
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
  • Able to be a backup driver when needed
  • Communicating with other PTSolutions employees in various departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
