What you'll do:

Retail sales & customer engagement. As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. You'll promote high-speed internet, Xfinity mobile, home security solutions, cable television services, voice services, and smart home products. Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers, build value around products and service packages, identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions, upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance, consistently meet and exceed sales goals, execute proven sales closing techniques, maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.

Customer service responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, resolving customer concerns professionally, achieving high customer satisfaction and net promoter scores (NPS), and creating a welcoming and engaging retail environment.

Team & store responsibilities include collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals, maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards, participating in ongoing training and development, and supporting company initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications required include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, ability to stand for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience, wireless sales experience, telecommunications sales experience, cable sales experience, customer service experience, technology sales experience, and commission-based sales experience.
