Job description

This is an on-site position.

Hourly pay is $22.90 - $24.30 based on experience.

 What You'll Do:

  • Write, enter, and maintain all changes of processes, procedures, work instructions, and hold tags.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Department in producing reports, audits, and statistical process control (SPC) graphs on plant manufacturing processes
  • Create and update process sheets using various computer applications and route to appropriate departments
  • Maintain revision logs.
  • Develop and maintain information systems for various quality functions.
  • Interact with and provide information to various groups and departments.
  • Maintain the proper revision levels of procedures, work instructions and forms in all electronic systems manuals and on corresponding indexes.
  • Maintain files of supplier performance and corrective action request data.
  • Assist in compiling data, graphs and summaries of various test reports, capability studies and process parameters.
  • Monitor and adjust LPA process as needed.
  • Prepare information, drawings, and data for quality related meetings.
  • Summarize and distribute information regarding upcoming quality planning activities.
  • Maintain plant communication boards
  • Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Translate documents from English to Spanish with accuracy.

What We'll Need From You:

  • Preferred experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages with ability to translate documents. 
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
