Who Are We?

We’re more than just an IT support provider—we’re a team committed to delivering exceptional service while fostering growth and development within our ranks. Our mission is to empower the next generation of IT professionals by creating opportunities for leadership and career advancement. When you join us, you become part of a team that’s as invested in your success as we are in providing top-tier support to our clients.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like in This Role?

As a Help Desk Technician, you will be one of the first points of contact for clients experiencing technical issues. You’ll work directly with end users via phone, email, and chat to understand their issues, provide basic troubleshooting, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate technical resource when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client support requests by phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshooting common end-user technology issues.
  • Gathering information and accurately documenting technical issues.
  • Resolving basic support requests within your level of responsibility.
  • Escalating more complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
  • Collaborating with other technicians and team leads to provide a great customer experience.

Throughout the day, we’ll stay in touch as a team, check in with team leads, and work together to solve challenges. By the end of your shift, you’ll know you’ve helped clients navigate their technology issues and contributed to the team’s overall success.

What Qualifications or Experience Do I Need?

For this role, we’re looking for candidates who have a solid foundation in IT support and a strong interest in continuing to build their technical skills.

You may qualify for consideration through one or more of the following:

  • 1–2 years of technical support, Help Desk, or similar IT experience.
  • Industry-standard IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar credentials.
  • bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A combination of education, certifications, hands-on experience, or equivalent technical training.

We’re also looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to listen to users, ask the right questions, and gather the information needed to understand an issue.
  • The ability to clearly document support requests and troubleshooting performed.
  • Good customer service skills and patience when working with users of varying technical abilities.
  • The ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
  • A willingness to learn, take direction, and continue developing your technical skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Beyond technical ability, we’re looking for people who are humble, hungry, and people-smart. These qualities provide the foundation we need to work together, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help you continue developing your career in IT.

Training & Career Development

We believe a Help Desk position can be an important starting point for a long-term career in IT.

You’ll have opportunities to learn from more experienced technicians and team leads, strengthen your troubleshooting abilities, and gain exposure to a variety of client environments and technical challenges.

As your knowledge and experience grow, our goal is to help you continue developing the skills necessary to take on greater technical responsibilities and pursue future opportunities within IT support and beyond.

What Else Should You Know About Us?
  • 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off (vacation and sick time accrued, subject to manager approval).
  • Healthcare Options with 75% of your premium covered.
  • Dental & Vision Services
  • Group Life Insurance
  • 401k with up to 4% matching and immediate vesting*
  • Access to industry training and certification reimbursement to support your growth.*
  • Resume Writing Services after 1 year of employment to help you advance your career. We’re here to support your growth into a future IT leader and help set you up for success as new opportunities become available.

*Devices that access company resources will need to be managed by us while being used for work purposes. A company computer and peripherals will be provided. You'll need a personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication and a reliable internet connection—we even provide a stipend for this.

Thanks for considering a position with us!

If you’re ready to be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and delivering the best in IT support, apply today and let’s start a conversation.
