Customer Service Representative

Position Details
  • Role: Customer Service Representative
  • Project: Automotive Digital Services
  • Language Requirement: German (fluent)
  • Start Date: 03/09/2026
  • Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote Work Model from continental Portugal)
  • Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotational days off per week.
  • Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period).
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide top-tier customer service to users of digital automotive services.
  • Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and empathetic communication.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Languages: German fluency (native-level preferred) and proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Ability to adapt to different shifts and work in a remote setting.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 1,055 EUR gross/month (14 months).
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day.
  • Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR gross/year.

Health Insurance: Available from day 1 with an employee contribution. Free after 6 months of employment.
