Electric Mobility Customer Service Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely from Portugal in a growing sector, while gaining experience in a dynamic international environment.

Your Missions

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide professional and warm support regarding products, services, and account-related requests
• Resolve customer issues effectively with empathy and professionalism
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Maintain and update customer records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent a modern and innovative brand in the electric mobility sector

Profile Sought

Native French speaker or C2 level with a clear and neutral accent

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Sense of service and strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Residing in Portugal (mandatory – no relocation package available)

Important: Candidates residing within 50 km of the Braga office must collect their equipment on-site. Equipment can only be sent to candidates living more than 50 km away.

No English level required for this position.

Schedules

Rotating schedules: Monday to Sunday – 24/7, 7 days a week 2 days of rotating rest per week

Salary & Benefits

• €930 gross/month base salary (paid over 14 months)
• Performance bonus: up to €70 gross/month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per day worked
• Braga premium: €20 gross/month
• Health insurance from day one (employee contribution during the first 6 months – free thereafter)
