A boutique recruiting firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant fluent in Russian to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the President and Executive Assistant while supporting a dynamic team of recruiters in a fast-paced, professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process candidate intake information and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Work closely with recruiters to obtain and update candidate information
  • Prepare, edit, and format candidate resumes and recruiting documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Word extensively for document formatting
  • Maintain candidate databases ensuring records are complete and up to date
  • Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and recruiting-related projects
  • Provide day-to-day support to the recruiting team

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in recruiting or administrative support
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative experience is a plus
