Job description

The Inclusion Office Marketing and Event Planning Assistant will assist the director in creating and maintaining an engaging social media presence, advertising for events and resources, and assist in creating, planning for, and executing events. Other duties as assigned.

- Manage the Office of Inclusion and International Student Services social media accounts
- Create advertising materials and infographics
- Assist in the process of creating and executing events
- Take part in making the Friends University campus a welcoming environment that builds belonging

Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.

Customer services skills, good communication skill, punctuality and reliability preferred, proficiency with social media. Experience in service-oriented roles and/or event planning

- Experience with Social Media engagement, content creation, event assistance, and relationship building.
- The candidate should have a passion for inclusivity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn new skills.
