Description

Inca Presswood Pallets is a manufacturer of Engineered Molded Wood pallets, core plugs, extruded wood blocks, along with other engineered wood products.


We are currently looking for a qualified Production Supervisor.


Duties will include the Supervision of a 6-7 person production crew that produces molded wood packaging products. The supervisor is responsible for the safety and performance of their crew as well as periodic training of the crews. This will be considered a working supervisor position and light maintenance and production duties are included as part of the duties. The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Plant Production Manager. A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is recommended along with experience in a manufacturing environment. Salary based on experience level. Typical production schedule is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

2-3 YRS Exp Supervisor Experience

2-3 YRS Manufacturing Experience 


Must have flexible schedule. Currently scheduling Monday-Friday. (Saturdays as needed)


 Must be able perform the physical activities necessary in an active work environment such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials.


 Lift 2-40 lbs. with some positions requiring capability of lifting 50 lbs. 


 Able to stand in a fast-paced environment with typical 8-hour shifts and occasional overtime as needed.


 Ability to work any shift and/or shift pattern, including limited weekends. 


 Willing to learn from well-trained coaches with your safety & development, their number one priority. 


 Be a part of a high producing team that investigates and solves problems with the help of their mentors and coaches.


 Ability to understand both verbal and written directions 


 Adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards 


 High School Diploma or equivalent
