How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Respond efficiently to inbound sales calls and assist customers according to call handling standards
  • Present tailored sales proposals and promote additional products and services to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records in Spectrum databases
  • Work with support teams to complete sales and resolve customer issues
  • Assess service availability and coordinate construction estimates when required
  • Educate customers on product features, billing and usage

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
