Job Summary
Keystone Advisors is a fast-growing company seeking top talent to join our Seasonal Medicare Telesales Team. If you want to be part of an organization with a purpose, Keystone may be the right place for you.
We are seeking licensed Medicare Telesales Representatives to play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve its customer growth goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and other seasonal enrollment periods. You will be responsible for promoting our Medicare products and services to prospective customers while being supported by the Keystone Advisors team.
This is a seasonal onsite position with competitive hourly pay, bonus opportunities, and commissions. Employment is temporary and based on business needs and seasonal enrollment demand.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Group 1 - Life and Health Insurance License required
  • Maintain Continuing Education (CE) requirements to keep license active
  • Ability to pass all state-required background checks necessary for licensing
  • Ability to pass an employer background check
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, insurance, or a related industry preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion goals
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in Medicare products and services
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualified leads
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the most appropriate Medicare plan options
  • Promote company products and services while maintaining CMS and company compliance standards
  • Complete compliant Medicare enrollments and accurately document customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including sales activity, call quality, productivity, and enrollment goals
  • Stay informed of Medicare regulations, carrier updates, company initiatives, and process changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
