Job Title: Bilingual Pharmacy Advisor Representative (Spanish) – Remote

100% Remote (Must reside in CST or EST time zones)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–8 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $19.78/hour (W-2)
 

 About the Role:

Hiring Bilingual (Spanish-English) Pharmacy Advisor Representatives to support clinical outreach program. In this role, you’ll connect with patients to assist with medication refills, provide education on chronic disease management, and help improve health outcomes—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from patients regarding medication refills and pharmacy services.
  • Educate members on the Pharmacy Advisor program and its benefits.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with medication ordering.
  • Transfer clinical inquiries to licensed pharmacists as needed.
  • Support fax-based requests and cross-train for other clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – Required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (75+ calls/day preferred)
  • Recent experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical environments
  • High school diploma or GED – Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
