Customer Lead (Spanish/English speaking) - Wood Dale, IL
$50,000/$55,000/Annually

For more than 50 years, our company has been a global leader in developing, designing, and manufacturing medical equipment. Be a part of an international team making a difference in the life science industry where what we do matters to people all over the globe. Our company is immediately seeking a Spanish speaking Customer Lead.

Our Customer Lead will be responsible for managing large accounts, entering a high volume of purchase orders, maintaining customer relationships, and having a great understanding of our product lines in order to answer customer questions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to emails and phone calls from customers and sales representatives regarding order entry, order status requests, product inquiries, etc. (mostly email)
  • Expedite orders upon customer and sales representative requests
  • Put detailed quotes together ensuring accuracy in pricing
  • Provide information regarding inventory availability and products
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines to better aid with customer's selection
  • Effectively route technical support inquiries to the appropriate individual or department
  • Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload
  • Responsible for being the point of contact regarding delivery timelines
  • Attend conferences and medical products trade shows a few times per year

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years customer service experience - manufacturing preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking
  • ERP experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
