We have a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our growing team. We are seeking a part-time English and Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative, who have the desire and drive to learn our business, and enjoy public interaction. Successful candidates will provide personable service to each customer, and have the ability to multi-task is a must. This position requires the flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Answer phone calls in a polite and clear manner Assists customers on all business-related needs Candidate must exercise discretion in working with confidential information, and must be computer literate in a MS Windows and MS Office environment.
