Treasury Associate
Location: IAS Headquarters - Clearwater, FL

IAS is a leading third-party administrator, headquartered in Clearwater, FL, providing business process outsourcing services to insurance carriers across the U.S. Since 2002, IAS has supported policy administration for insureds nationwide with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.
IAS operates with a cohesive, team-focused culture of a specialized service organization, while benefiting from the strength and scale of Integrity-one of the nation's leading insurance distribution platforms.
What You'll Do
  • Send daily/monthly issue files to numerous banks.
  • Research outstanding checks for all companies.
  • Place stop payments on checks and issue replacement checks when necessary.
  • Send ACH debit and credit files to numerous banks.
  • Pick-up ACH returns from numerous banks daily and process.
  • Reconcile several bank accounts from various banks for all clients, if required.
  • Positive Pay (paying or returning checks).
  • Produce first and second notice for outstanding checks, all follow-up.
  • Verifying remote deposits from Premium Accounting and filing until destroyed.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years' proven Banking Deposit Operations experience or equivalent
  • Treasury/Accounting experience preferred; knowing the difference between debits and credits required
  • Insurance background preferred • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Accurate 10-key by touch and moderate Excel skills required • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of people and tasks
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual and dependable
