  • Instrument analytics, define event taxonomies, and measure impact across activation, time-to-value, compliance, and adoption
  • Run experiments on pricing, onboarding, and growth loops
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch features, enable internal teams, and accelerate adoption
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, demo environments, sample datasets, and win-loss insights
  • Align product, engineering, and go-to-market teams around measurable business outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years shipping SaaS products and owning outcomes
  • Ability to read and write code, query APIs, and communicate fluently with engineers
  • Experience thriving in ambiguous 0โ†’1 environments
  • Data-driven approach with comfort instrumenting metrics, dashboards, and funnels
  • Ability to balance rapid experimentation with longโ€‘term product strategy
  • Clear communication with designers, engineers, executives, and customers
