About Insurance Administrative Solutions

Insurance Administrative Solutions, L.L.C. ("IAS"), an Integrity company headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, is a third-party administrator providing business process outsourcing for insurance carriers. Formed in 2002, IAS administers policies for insureds residing all across the United States.

Insurance Customer Service Commission Associate Job Summary: Agent customer service including assisting agents with eApp issues and other questions as well as processing daily, weekly and monthly commissions to agents and maintaining agent records.


Primary Responsibilities other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Assist agents with eApp process.

  • Assist agents on the Agent Web Portal.

  • Answer phone calls/email inquiries from agents and home offices.

  • Process daily, weekly and monthly commissions.

  • Input new agents, make changes to existing agents on admin system.

  • Review daily Agent Load Error lists.

  • Troubleshoot, research and solve any commission related issues/questions.

  • Coordinate with New Business, Carriers, and Marketing Organizations to resolve License and Appointment issues.

  • Research Returned Agent Payments and update demographic information as needed


Primary Skills & Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Up to 2 years of proven customer support experience; Broker/Agent environment experience preferred

  • Insurance background preferred

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of people and tasks

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual and dependable
