Job Summary

You will provide administrative support to our team of insurance agents, handle customer inquiries directing them appropriately, & perform other administrative tasks.


Primary Responsibilities:

Answer & direct calls on a fast-paced multi-line phone system.

Manage client databases & update client information accordingly.

Assist with preparation of reports & documents.

Provide excellent customer service.

Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with customers, agents, carriers, supervisors, & co-workers.

Provide support to agents & team in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly.
