Join our team as a part-time HR Admin and help our community flourish through recruiting, employee engagement, and HR operations!
Essential Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department on a part-time basis
    Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation scheduling, system access)
  • Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers)
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and documentation requirements
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

Qualifications
