Job Summary:
KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams in implementing projects that meet specific business objectives. The role involves managing project planning, execution, and control while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage projects using an approach that ensures the quality and competitive performance expected by stakeholders.
โ€ข Lead project teams consisting of IT, business, and 3rd Parties to ensure all aspects of the project are properly considered.
โ€ข Develop comprehensive project execution plans with focus on scope, schedule, cost and value tracking, risk and issue management, and implementation.
โ€ข Identify & effectively manage key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
โ€ข Hold regular status meetings with project team. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
โ€ข Partner with key stakeholders on expected deliverables and timelines and align resources across projects accordingly.
โ€ข Proactively communicate project status to various stakeholders within the organization, including senior leadership.
โ€ข Recognize opportunities for value creation and innovation in the project management work processes.
