We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact operational transition. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, enterprise-wide initiative that requires strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional coordination. The engagement involves overseeing multiple business functions, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless migration within an aggressive timeline.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a complex operational migration from project kickoff through final implementation.
  • Develop and manage an integrated project plan across multiple business functions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate executive-level project meetings and provide clear status updates.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall execution.
  • Ensure a smooth project closeout, including documentation, lessons learned, and transition planning.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success managing operational integrations, business transitions, or large-scale implementations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Insurance or highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis for the duration of the engagement.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
