Healthcare Systems Implementation Project Manager | About You
As a Healthcare Systems Implementation Project Manager, you are responsible for leading the deployment and adoption of healthcare resource solutions across hospital and community-based settings. You bring a balance of technical understanding, project oversight, and relationship management to ensure solutions are practical, usable, and aligned with healthcare initiatives. You are comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical teams to guide implementations from planning through sustained use. You adapt your approach to meet the needs of diverse healthcare environments, including organizations with limited capacity or infrastructure. You are driven by improving access to resources and supporting measurable outcomes through thoughtful implementation and engagement.
Healthcare Systems Implementation Project Manager | Day-to-Day
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of approved resources into hospital workflows, including integration with electronic medical record systems.
  • Coordinate closely with hospital IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party partners to ensure technical readiness, security, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Design, configure, and deploy resource portals for organizations that do not utilize EMR systems.
  • Plan and deliver onboarding, demonstrations, and training sessions to support adoption and effective use of implemented tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, clinicians, care coordinators, and operational staff throughout implementation.
