We CGI is seeking to hire an Enterprise Implementation Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise scale software implementation and client migration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing multi-client migration programs using both Agile and traditional methodologies, with a PMP certification preferred. Requiring exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional coordination skills, this role will oversee project timelines, risks, and dependencies while driving standardized migration methodologies tailored to meet specific client needs.
This is a Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, Lafayette, LA, Hartford, CT, or St. Louis, MO in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead complex client migration initiatives by managing enterprise scale implementation plans, coordinating cross functional teams, and driving successful delivery.
. Manage enterprise migration plans.
. Coordinate business and technology teams.
. Manage project risks, timelines, and dependencies.
. Communicate status to executive leadership and clients.
. Standardize migration methodologies while accommodating client specific needs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations or migration programs.
. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
. Experience managing repeatable, multi-client implementation projects.
. Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
. PMP preferred.
. Experience working directly with business, technology, and external clients.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 $194,000.00.
