A Brief Overview

The Associate Director, National Accounts Implementation is a customer-facing commercial implementation role responsible for driving post-sale activation, utilization, and adoption across National Account customers at the clinic level. The Associate Director partners directly with customer stakeholders, practice leadership, providers, and field sales teams to ensure enterprise agreements are successfully implemented, operationalized, and translated into measurable utilization growth, portfolio adoption, and business resultsReporting to the Director, National Accounts Strategy & Enterprise Operations, this role serves as the primary execution leader responsible for translating enterprise strategies, operating models, activation plans, clinical initiatives, utilization programs, and growth frameworks into measurable outcomes at the customer level.The Associate Director ensures that enterprise agreements, strategic initiatives, and operational programs are successfully deployed across multi-site organizations, private equity backed platforms, and strategic National Accounts. This leader acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, driving alignment across field sales, clinical education, marketing, operations, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful adoption, utilization, and long-term growth.

What You Will Do

  • National Account Implementation & Activation
    • Serve as a customer-facing leader during onboarding and activation, ensuring enterprise customers achieve rapid adoption and measurable value realization following contract execution.
    • Translate strategic account plans into executable customer-facing implementation roadmaps.
    • Develop activation plans that align stakeholders, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
    • Ensure successful onboarding of new enterprise customers, locations, acquisitions, and expansions.
    • Coordinate implementation activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategy Execution & Operationalization
    • Convert enterprise strategies into operational workflows, playbooks, training plans, and field execution processes.
    • Ensure consistency between commercial commitments, implementation activities, and customer outcomes.
    • Monitor execution progress and proactively address barriers to success.
    • Drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams.
  • Enterprise Program Management
    • Lead enterprise project planning, implementation governance, and execution tracking.
    • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
    • Establish project management disciplines for large-scale account activations and strategic initiatives.
    • Coordinate resources across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
  • Clinical & Utilization Activation
    • Engage directly with clinic leadership and providers to drive utilization growth, clinical adoption, and execution of best practices across enterprise locations.
    • Identify utilization barriers and coordinate targeted action plans that increase treatment volume, provider engagement, and portfolio adoption.
    • Partner with Medical Affairs, and field teams to deploy training and utilization initiatives.
    • Coordinate provider onboarding, training schedules, certification programs, and adoption activities.
    • Support activation of utilization strategies designed to improve productivity, retention, and portfolio adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the primary coordinator between National Accounts, Field Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
    • Ensure all internal teams are aligned around customer objectives and activation priorities.
    • Communicate implementation progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
    • Track implementation effectiveness and customer adoption metrics.
    • Monitor key performance indicators including: o Activation milestoneso Product adoptiono Utilization performanceo Expansion readiness
    • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer outcomes.
    • Develop best practices and standardized implementation playbooks.
  • Customer Engagement & Business Reviews
    • Support National Account Directors in implementation planning and customer engagement.
    • Participate in executive business reviews, implementation updates, and strategic planning sessions.
    • Ensure customer expectations are met throughout implementation and activation.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform future strategy and process enhancements.
  • Customer Utilization Growth & Re-Order 
    • Serve as the primary customer-facing implementation partner responsible for driving post-sale adoption, utilization, and portfolio growth within National Account organizations to ensure Re-order at a Monthly/ Quarterly cadence.
    • Develop and execute clinic-level activation plans that accelerate provider adoption, patient conversion, treatment frequency, and portfolio penetration.
    • Drive customer engagement initiatives that support retention, expansion, and long-term growth across enterprise networks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)
  • 6-7 years Advanced degree, strong project management, organizational, and execution skills, experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise customer implementations.
