Doxim's Next Implementation Specialist - C#/.NET

Reporting to the Director of Data Processing, you will play a key role in the continuous enhancement, modernization, and support of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the C#/.NET Framework and be capable of contributing to solutions based on C#/.NET Core. You will be a strong, self-directed problem solver with the ability to navigate and work within existing codebases, collaborate effectively with diverse team members, and uphold a high standard of code quality and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Doxim document processing applications, including ECM, API integrations, e-Notification, and document archiving solutions.
  • Support clients with API portal integrations involving Doxim products and related services.
  • Design, build, and maintain small to mid-sized statement composition projects with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementations meet agreed-upon specifications and business requirements.
  • Apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of various project team members and effectively contribute within a cross-functional environment.
  • Translate customer requirements documentation into efficient, maintainable, and well-structured document design layouts.
  • Partner with project teams to define customer requirements and develop appropriate product and technical solutions.
  • Act as a proactive and collaborative team member, demonstrating ownership of client commitments and identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, provide application support, and deliver basic end-user training.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related field
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, or batch processing.
  • Experience working on web applications, XML web services, and/or web servers is an asset.
  • Understanding of relational data modeling and SQL proficiency in MS SQL Server or other DBMS.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core programming concepts, theories, and patterns.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Highly proficient knowledge and experience with responsive HTML email development, XSLT code development, CSS, Bootstrap, C#, and accessibility knowledge.
