Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant is a strategic functional lead who drives project outcomes from discovery through delivery on enterprise-scale Clariti implementations. You bring deep expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable solution configurations, and you thrive in facilitating workshops, advising on requirements, and influencing customer decisions that drive measurable business value
You will own the big-picture view of multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs , acting as the primary Clariti solution design authority for your customers while guiding both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner teams toward successful outcomes. You anticipate risks, steer conversations with confidence, and champion AI-driven approaches to accelerate time-to-value for customers and efficiency across the professional services practice.

As an Implementation Consultant at Clariti, you'll get to :

Functional Leadership & Solution Design

  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements confirmation sessions with customer stakeholders at all levels, negotiating scope and confidently steering discussions toward optimal outcomes within Clariti best practices and project scope.
  • Own the end-to-end view of project requirements across a multi-departmental landscape with multiple phases, proactively identifying requirements gaps, dependencies, and risks before they impact delivery timelines or business value.
  • Perform business assessments to identify and document complex client requirements, ensuring efficient and scalable solution configurations aligned to Clariti platform capabilities.
  • Document business and technical requirement specifications including forms, reports, interfaces, integrations, processes, and configuration changes using Clariti best practices and standardized artifacts.
  • Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti and Salesforce platforms to advise on the most efficient configuration approaches and guide team members in execution.
  • Provide configured solution demonstrations that highlight achieved business value and foster customer acceptance of deliverables.

Scope & Risk Management

  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Statement of Work and project plan to control scope, manage change requests, and protect project margins.
  • Raise risks and issues to the Engagement Manager in a timely manner with clear recommendations and mitigation plans, partnering to drive resolution and protect customer outcomes.
  • Attend and play a lead role in scrum ceremonies, reviewing and approving user stories to ensure functional product-feature fit to documented business needs.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Serve as the functional lead and primary Clariti software expert for one or more enterprise clients, representing the company with authority and providing functional and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate and negotiate with customers, System Integrator partners, and internal Clariti teams in a consultative manner to build trust, validate alignment to best practices, and ensure solutions remain within project scope.

Team Development & Knowledge Sharing

  • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate ICs by ensuring readiness for customer facing functional observations/interviews, workshops, and project delivery activities.
  • Actively contribute to lessons-learned retrospectives and disseminate knowledge to the wider team through internal enablement sessions and documentation.
  • Contribute strategically to Clariti's tools, processes, and delivery methodology to continuously elevate the customer experience and the maturity of the Implementation Consulting practice.

AI & Innovation

  • Actively explore and apply AI use cases within implementation project stages including: requirements documentation, user story generation, and test script development  to drive efficiency and improve time-to-value for customers.
  • Champion the practical adoption of AI tools across the team, coaching peers on effective use while maintaining domain-expert review standards.
What do you bring to the team? ????
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology enablement, implementation consulting, or business analysis, ideally within: SaaS, public sector, or permitting/community development domains.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and leading requirements-gathering engagements with enterprise or public-sector clients across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a functional lead on complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with competing priorities and evolving scope.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust at senior customer levels.
  • Experience as a lead consultant or business analyst in implementation or configuration projects involving Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working with SI partners in a lead or oversight capacity.
  • Experience working in Agile or modified-Agile delivery environments.
  • AI-curious mindset with demonstrated interest or experience applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows and project delivery.
  • Travel will be required for this position, up to 25%.

  • Familiarity with multiple implementation methodologies and delivery standards (e.g., Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid).
  • Experience advising on enterprise integration strategies and data migration, including data integrity assurance across project phases.
  • Deep domain knowledge in public-sector verticals such as permitting, community development, business licensing, or code enforcement.
  • Experience with data visualization and process mapping tools (e.g.,Miro, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience applying AI tools to improve implementation workflows, documentation, or project delivery efficiency.
  • Experience in teams or practices that are transitioning toward AI-assisted delivery models.
