Job Description:
As the Project Manager you will be working on multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, financials, and project management within the design-build construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to ensure your team meets or exceeds the project delivery contractually and financially.
- Measure and report progress, and won't just look back, but will develop tactics to make sure we stay on track
- Develop client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership
- Partner with management to develop and implement project strategies
- Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for the project
