Project Manager - Utility Billing
LOGIS, a service provider of business applications and managed services, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Utility Billing Spry Point implementation for our membership. This position is responsible for scheduling resources, monitor project progress and performance, enforce project deadlines, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. The duration of this implementation project is expected to be 3 years.
This position will serve as a pivotal liaison to align the various project leads, our implementation partner, and other key resources to ensure project success. This position will manage project budgets, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, have the ability to solve issues and conflicts, measure project performance and ensure timely deliverables.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Project Management Certification is desired
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills, and the ability to present changes with clear, compelling, and credible communication skills
  • Experience in software implementations and data conversion
  • Extensive experience with industry leading billing software
  • A high level of skill in the analysis of problems and formation of solutions
  • Ability to convey technical information to any audience
