Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in analyzing business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system, configuring modules and workflows, training teams (train-the-trainer), working with the development team to create customizations/modules (build specifications, and test the solutions the developers create) and ensuring the seamless integration of Odoo with existing processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with users to assess feasibility and reflect requested workflow requirements.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure business process requirements are fully translated into system functionality.
  • Support the implementation of the ERP solution from requirement collection and mapping, solution architecture, supporting technical development and configuration to testing and Go-Live full solution adoption.
  • Define and enforce data policies and controls to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
  • Develop training material and conduct training sessions with users on the introduction of new functionalities or when the need for training arises.

Qualifications:
  • MUST be a current US CITIZEN due to extensive ITAR and SOC2 client requirements.
  • At least 2 years Proven experience in Odoo implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a remote opportunity, but regular/daily Teams meetings are required.
