Job description

About PatientIQ

PatientIQ is a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to improve patient outcomes through smarter, data-driven care. We work with healthcare providers, life sciences organizations, and research institutions to transform clinical insights into action. As we scale, we are investing in strong operational infrastructure to enable consistent, predictable growth across the commercial organization.

About The Role

The PatientIQ Implementation Lead is a high-impact role responsible for delivering successful enterprise-level customer implementations. As a strategic partner to our clients, you will bridge the gap between Sales and long-term Customer Success, ensuring customers realize maximum value from the PatientIQ platform, network, and services. You will lead complex implementations that integrate PatientIQ into clinical workflows, drive patient enrollment, and accelerate time-to-value. Beyond project delivery, you will mentor implementation team members and contribute to improving internal processes, playbooks, and implementation strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Own the customer journey from the final stages of the sales cycle through a seamless transition to Customer Success. You are the architect of the implementation roadmap, ensuring a high-velocity path to patient enrollment.
  • Lead multiple concurrent, high-complexity implementations, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or implementation hurdles that could delay time-to-value.
  • Lead communication to executive and operational stakeholders, ensuring implementation progress, risks, and impact is communicated clearly internally and at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Assist Manager of Platform Implementations with process and training documentation and streamlining the Implementation process.
  • Maintain a source of truth in the CRM and Project Plans, providing detailed visibility into project health for the executive leadership team.
