Job description

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Smartsheet Strategy and Implementation Lead job in Boston, MA. This CONTRACT job is available with one of our key clients in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role,

You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the foundational Smartsheet Control Center structure. The individual will translate the Integrated Marketing Framework into a scalable work management solution that enables consistent intake, planning, execution, activation, measurement, and reporting of marketing programs across teams. To be successful in this position, you should have experience building scalable Smartsheet solutions, developing governance models, and collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams. Preference will be given to professionals with a background in marketing operations and Smartsheet Control Center.

Smartsheet Strategy and Implementation Lead job responsibilities

  • Translate the Integrated Marketing Framework into a structured and scalable Smartsheet ecosystem
  • Design the overall strategy, governance model, and foundational architecture for the Marketing Center Smartsheet Control Center
  •  Build core templates, workflows, automation, and system standards to support integrated marketing execution
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy and Planning, Digital Marketing and Operations, Brand and Marcom, and other Marketing Center teams to gather requirements and validate workflows
  • Develop portfolio level roll ups and dashboards to support operational visibility and leadership reporting
  • Define and document ownership, maintenance, and handoff model to ensure sustainability once the system is live
  • Support onboarding, change management, and adoption activities across Marketing Center teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; a background in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Two to three years of experience designing and implementing Smartsheet solutions, including workflow automation and system configuration.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet is required; experience with Smartsheet Control Center is preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing operations, integrated marketing campaigns, workflow design, or work management systems.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
