Job

Lead new webstore program implementations. Responsible and accountable for program setup, meeting launch targets and delivering a webstore that meets customer expectations, sales partner expectations and provides an ideal online customer experience.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the prioritization of work for implementation.

• Serve as primary point of contact between client and new program team, which is comprised of web and inventory services.

• Develop a relationship with the Sr. Client Engagement Specialist, who will manage the client relationship long term. Train and provide the necessary information for the Sr. Client Engagement Specialist to support the program long term.

• Analyze client contracts, document customer requirements, and disperse information as needed.

• Conduct initial client discovery call and weekly implementation calls.

• Ability to have a deep understanding of client technical requirements so that they can be translated to web development and integration team members.

• Develop and maintain launch timeline.

• Complete necessary program setup in Geiger Systems.

• Coordinate with Brand Merchandiser on product needs.

• Ensure product margins meet contract obligations / Geiger margin requirements.

• Coordinate program information to other business units and customer advocates.

• Develop customer reporting structure and train ongoing support staff on reporting needs.

• Develop and execute marketing plans for program launch. Outline marketing initiatives for the upcoming 12 months.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Requires equivalence of a 4-year degree (BAS) in a relevant field and 3-5 years of related experience, preferably relationship management and/or senior account management.

• Experience in project management, customer relations, account growth, marketing, budgeting, and reporting.

• Experience in leading customer implementations/onboarding

• Promotional Product industry knowledge is desired.

Competencies and Skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).

• Proficient in effective written and verbal communication, including public speaking.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

• Specialized knowledge in products and the advertising industry, with the ability to resolve contractual issues.

• Proficient in computer use, including specialized software, with skills in budgeting, marketing, and generating performance reports.

• Adherence to policies and continuous improvement mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer.

• Typing and using a computer keyboard for extended periods.

• Communication with customers and sales reps via person, phone, email, and video call.

• Travel to client locations to support program initiatives (as needed).

Certification
