Job description

**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Partner Manager, Digital Agencies - North America role is the primary commercial point of contact for assigned Digital Agency partners and a portfolio of long-tail PowerReviews partners. This is a revenue-accountable role focused on actively sourcing and nurturing pipeline, joint account planning, deal qualification, pipeline velocity, and partner-sourced bookings. This role will own the outcomes and success of the overall partner relationship and will serve as a connector between Product, Professional Services and Partner Operations.

HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Serve as the day-to-day commercial relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of active Digital Agency and long-tail PowerReviews partners.
  • Lead joint account planning with assigned partners: identify target accounts, set pipeline targets, drive co-sell and growth motions, and hold partners accountable to joint commitments.
  • Own deal qualification for partner-sourced opportunities - validate against MEDDPICC criteria before passing to the Syndigo sales team; push back on unqualified deals rather than passing on noise.
  • Drive pipeline velocity on active partner-sourced deals: coordinate internal resources, remove blockers, and ensure partner-involved opportunities do not stall due to internal friction.
  • Recruit, vet and activate net-new Digital Agency and/or PowerReviews partners where coverage gaps exist - own from outreach through first deal registration.
  • Represent Syndigo in partner-facing commercial conversations: pricing discussions, deal structure, co-sell agreements, and partner economics.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and deal registration data in Salesforce and ImPartner; own data hygiene for assigned partner portfolio.
  • Engage Partner Operations, Enablement, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to support execution where needed (e.g., onboarding, training, MDF planning and utilization, partner success motions).
  • Identify recurring friction or gaps in partner engagement and feed insights back into program and operational improvements.
  • NOTE - This role does not manage the partner program design, tier frameworks or certification requirements. It does not execute training/onboarding, MDF campaigns, or direct partner health measurement. This role also does not own post-sale delivery, implementation or direct technical support.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development in B2B SaaS or digital commerce ecosystems - quota attached.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Agency business models, including retail media, ecommerce services, content, syndication, and commerce enablement.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipelines and bookings, not just managing inherited partner relationships.
  • Experience leading business reviews, joint planning sessions, and executivelevel partner conversations.
  • Comfortable with a hunter-farmer hybrid motion: can open new digital agency relationships and deepen existing ones simultaneously.
  • Experience qualifying enterprise deals using MEDDPICC or equivalent framework.
  • PIM, MDM, PXM, ecommerce, or data management background preferred.
