Job description

Location: Austin, TX, hybrid
The Partner Marketing Specialist acts as the project engine driving North America co-marketing campaigns and alliance partner programs to generate pipeline and deepen ecosystem relationships. Working within a tight-knit cross-functional framework alongside Partner Marketing, Partner Leadership, and Strategic Events teams, this role translates partner strategy into tactical execution plans. The position serves as a primary logistical launchpad for a long-term career path in Partner Marketing within the cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and project-manage joint marketing campaigns, webinars, digital programs, and event activations with ISV and technology alliance partners from execution through to metrics reporting.
  • Manage partner portal content, campaign-in-a-box assets, Canva templates, and co-branded material libraries to support partner sales representatives.
  • Maintain program documentation, campaign calendars, partner activity logs, and extract data pulls to support quarterly business review (QBR) preparation.
  • Collaborate daily with internal field marketing, content, web, demand generation, and design teams to align timelines and execute deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience working in B2B marketing, specifically within partner, field, demand generation, or campaign marketing roles.
  • Professional experience managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholder follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Experience utilizing marketing and CRM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, and Splash.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and assets using Canva, Allocadia, and ZIP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience directly supporting or coordinating partner, channel, or integration ecosystem marketing programs (Reseller, integration, & cloud providers).
  • Professional marketing experience within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry sectors.
  • Experience working directly with partner portals or dedicated ecosystem software tools such as Impartner.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing end-to-end demand generation campaigns with a direct focus on pipeline metrics.
  • Experience coordinating physical events, digital webinars, or digital campaigns from kick-off through to completion.
  • Experience synthesizing program data to draft performance reports and executive-facing presentation decks.
