Job description

Impartner is a global leader in Partner Relationship Management, and we're on the lookout for visionary, growth-driven leaders to join us on this exciting journey to build with us! As the #1 player in our industry, we're outpacing the competition and leading the way forward. We're not just winning-we're thriving and having fun along the way!
Impartner's Customer Success team is the engine behind long-term customer value. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of post-implementation accounts - picking up where onboarding ends and ensuring customers continue to get real, measurable results from the world's leading partner revenue orchestration platform. This is an entry-level role built for someone who is organized, curious, and energized by building relationships. You'll work closely with customers to deepen adoption, identify and address risk early, and drive renewals - turning satisfied users into long-term partners.
At Impartner, this means you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of post-implementation accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing success
  • Run regular cadence calls and quarterly business reviews to track progress, surface challenges, and align on goals
  • Monitor account health signals and proactively address risk before it becomes churn
  • Drive platform adoption by connecting customers to features and best practices relevant to their goals
  • Own renewal conversations for your book of business, partnering with Sales on expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the customer's internal advocate - coordinating with Support, Product, and Professional Services to resolve issues and deliver outcomes
  • Maintain accurate account data and activity records in Salesforce
What we're looking for:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, SaaS support, or a client-facing role (internships and co-ops count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can explain a complex idea clearly and confidently
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without things falling through the cracks
  • Comfortable working with data and technology - you pick up new tools quickly
  • A genuine interest in helping customers succeed, not just checking boxes
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
  • Experience with PRM platforms or channel/partner programs is a plus
Job Location
