As a Field Connection Specialist III, youโ€™ll be the face of our company, installing and maintaining high-speed internet and digital phone services for homes across our Duluth, MN and Superior, WI.


This role offers training, certification, and clear advancement paths that let you grow at your own pace.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Install, connect, and configure internet and digital phone services for residential customers
  • Test and adjust equipment to ensure strong, reliable signal quality
  • Troubleshoot and repair service issues both indoors and outdoors
  • Educate customers on how to get the most from their services and recommend upgrades when beneficial
  • Operate safely and efficiently using company-provided tools and vehicles
  • Collaborate with your teammates to deliver exceptional service experiences
  • Serve as a mentor to Field Connection Specialist I and Field Connection Specialist II

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 5 years of progressive field installation/service experience, with clear progression in roles, responsibilities, and technical expertise.
  • Valid state-issued driverโ€™s license with a driving record that allows employee to be insured by ImOnโ€™s insurance carrier.
  • Ability to meet company training and safety certification standards

  • Jones NCTI Certifications
  • Telecommunications/Utility industry
