Job Summary:
Our statewide law firm is seeking an experienced, attorney to join our firm's Wake County team (Raleigh, Garner and Fuquay locations) as an associate attorney. The ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years experience at a law firm. This positions will handle civil litigation and family law cases. This position works directly for the firm's Managing Partner.
The firm desires to fill this position immediately. Annual pay depends on experience.
Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Previous experience working in a law office environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in legal drafting and administrative tasks related to case management.
