Bilingual Receptionist

Are you a friendly and organized individual who enjoys helping others? We are seeking a bilingual receptionist to join our team at our Riverside office, serving our diverse Latino clientele in immigration and tax matters.

Position Overview: As a receptionist at our firm, you will be the first point of contact for our clients both in person and over the phone. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

· Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

· Schedule appointments and manage our office calendar.

· Assist clients with basic inquiries and provide information about our services.

· Process payments, issue invoices, and prepare receipts accurately.

· Keep track of incoming emails and correspondence, forwarding to appropriate staff.

· Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.

· Open and close the office daily according to schedule.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of office facilities.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

· Collaborate with our team to support various office needs.

Requirements:

· Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

· Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Availability to work full-time: Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, with the possibility of overtime when needed.

· Knowledge of immigration processes or tax preparation is a plus, but not required.
