Job description

LHH is currently seeking HR Assistants for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.
If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting employees and HR teams, we'd love to connect with you.
Potential Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with employee inquiries and general HR support
  • Help with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Support HR projects and day-to-day operations
Qualifications
  • Previous HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
