Our clinic is committed to creating a therapeutic environment where licensed therapists engage closely with peers across various disciplines, including physicians, case managers, and substance abuse specialists. This setting fosters a network of support and ensures that every client receives integrated care tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients' mental health status and substance abuse history.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Exceptional therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate clients towards recovery.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, essential for collaboration with colleagues and engagement with clients.
Preferred Experience

Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a specific focus on addiction treatment. Experience in a community health setting is a plus, as is familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which are crucial to our clinical approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
