BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Position Details:
  • Location: Remote
  • Status: Full-time
  • Shift: Varies

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for working with customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support in managing their food service needs.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Receives, processes, and tracks food service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders meet the specific dietary requirements and preferences of patients.
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of menu offerings, special dietary needs, and allergen information to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborates with healthcare facilities, patients, nursing, and food service teams to coordinate meal delivery, special requests, and any changes in dietary needs.
  • Handles customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on swift resolution.
  • Maintains detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback for reporting and quality improvement purposes.
  • Ensures that all customer interactions align with company service standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensures that all interactions and processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Embraces feedback from supervisors and actively seeks opportunities to refine skills and elevate performance.
