Work Environment

This counselor position is a remote role where team members collaborate effectively within a supportive outpatient office framework. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective intervention.
• Provide immediate counseling and support to distressed individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response personnel to ensure client safety during high-risk situations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
