Position: Family Preservation (IIS/IFRS) (Jefferson County)
Salary: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Passionate about in-home prevention work to keep children safely with their parents? Looking for a challenging and rewarding position where you know you make a difference each and every day? Cornerstones of Care is hiring an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunion Specialist to work with Jefferson County families (there may be some region-specific assignments). Our Specialists provide intensive, short-term services for up to two families at a time. We partner with families to make changes and reduce the risk of abuse/neglect by increasing skills and building connections. The ability to quickly engage and assess families is critical for this position. Our team works with a variety of situations that need creative solutions, knowledge of community resources and a can-do attitude from someone that is not afraid to get dirty and work hard for positive change. Specialists have flexibility and autonomy with their schedule as long as the needs of their assigned families are met. Office space is available; however, specialists typically work out of their own homes when not conducting visits with their families. Come join our amazing team!
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other human service field from an accredited institution. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
