Description
In this role, you will partner with teams across marketing, product, engineering, analytics, design, business development, operations, legal, and privacy to develop and scale programs across the customer lifecycle. You will use customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to identify opportunities, improve existing programs, and help bring new features, communications, and partnerships to market.
This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex business, product, and platform considerations into clear plans and actions.","responsibilities":"Lead acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for iCloud+ across the customer lifecycle.
Develop and optimize growth initiatives, customer journeys, and communications using customer insights, experimentation, and performance data.

Experience building and optimizing customer-facing programs, products, or services, with an understanding of underlying technical and operational requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform decisions.
Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, and technical constraints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
Ability to independently manage complex objectives while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
